All of our products are tailored and hand made for individual clients needs, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Protecting our clients is our top priority, once a product has been delivered we cannot accept any returns.?

 

  • What are the shipping options?

We offer USPS priority and express shipping.

 

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Taxes, duties, etc are based on each individual country.

 

  • When will I receive my order?

Processing and shipping of orders take 3-5 business days. Depending on what shipping method you chose at checkout

 

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

If for some reason you did not receive your order, please send an email to info@poshskinessentials.com immediately so we can open an investigation.

 

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Once an order has been placed no changes can be made. You have an hour grace period to cancel your order and re-order.
